Since this is an issue most likely caused by the saved file you edited with the save editor, Delete the modified saved file and run the game and see if it'll load for you if it loads then the saved file was corrupt and you'll need to make a new one. To delete saved file go to Documents > Rockstar Games > GTA V > Profiles > Delete SGTA50015.
